I am currently attending East Leyden, I am a senior and as I am ending my high school career, I want to thank this school for all the opportunities it gave me, and all the opportunities it will continue to give future Leyden students. Tech Support Internship
At my high school, I was given the opportunity to interact with students and staff by helping to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware/software issues. As class manager I was responsible for monitoring the front desk, accurately creating and updating tickets as needed, and effectively communicating with other students to assign tasks as needed.
